Tampona il trancio di tonno con carta da cucina e passalo nell\u2019albume, poi poggia met\u00e0 del tonno nel piatto con i pistacchi e rigiralo pi\u00f9 volte facendo aderire bene i pistacchi con le mani. Ripeti l\u2019 operazione con il tonno rimanente e il sesamo.<\/p><p>In una piccola pentola antiaderente, di dimensione poco pi\u00f9 grande della fetta di tonno, scalda 2 cucchiai di olio, quindi adagia il tonno e cuocilo su tutti i lati per un paio<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e785e37 elementor-widget all\u2019alto contenuto di\u00a0<strong>calcio<\/strong>, i semi di sesamo sono efficaci nella\u00a0<strong>prevenzione dell\u2019osteoporosi<\/strong>\u00a0e sono una valida alternativa per chi non pu\u00f2 assumere latticini a causa di intolleranze alimentari per\u00a0<strong>rinforzare ossa\u00a0e denti<\/strong>.<\/p><p>I semi di sesamo sono ottimi integratori naturali di<strong>\u00a0zinco<\/strong>\u00a0che\u00a0<strong>rinforza il sistema immunitario<\/strong>\u00a0(valido aiuto in caso di affaticamento mentale e convalescenza) e<strong>\u00a0selenio<\/strong>\u00a0che frena l\u2019azione dei\u00a0<strong>radicali liberi<\/strong>.<\/p><p>I grassi che compongono questi semi oleosi sono prevalentemente insaturi (<strong>omega
